Second Client Meeting - Monday 9th February

On Monday 9th February, I had a second meeting with my client.

During this meeting we discussed the storyboarding of the video and elements that Mr Rogers wished to include in it. We wrote out a rough running order including descriptions of visuals, transitions between scenes and timings.

From this rough draft,  we created a word-processed running order including student participants, intended locations and artistic direction.

It was agreed that I would produce the storyboards from the word-processed running order, using 
both notes from past conversations with Mr Rogers and those included in the running order to develop a visual style.

We agreed to meet again on Wednesday 11th February to review the storyboards and cement the initial plans to shoot on Monday 23rd February.

We also discussed the completion of pre-production paperwork over the half term break before the first shoot date. Mr Rogers had handed out consent slips for student's parents to sign to ensure their participation in the video is clear from any complications. These will be photocopied and uploaded to the blog as part of my pre-production materials.
