On Wednesday 11th February I had my third meeting with my client.
During this brief meeting we cemented the scheduling and shooting dates. We decided to begin shooting on Monday 23rd February, the first Monday back in school term after the half term break.
We discussed the arrangements in terms of who was involved with which scenes, and the times in which they were available.
I also informed them of how I would complete all the required documentation and storyboard for the video over half term.
